Needs projects and transfer $7,000 to East Liberty Development Inc.

2015-1527 Resolution amending Resolution No. 867, effective December 22, 2014, entitled
“Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an
Agreement or Agreements with Penn Credit Corporation for the purpose of
performing collection of delinquent taxes, fines, penalties and interest for the City of
Pittsburgh. Body” so as to attach the proper fee schedule as an exhibit and to allow
for any changes in the fee schedule to be filed with the City Clerk.

2015-1469 Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title 10-Building Code-to require
safety and security training for security officer and other building service employees, to
require adequate staffing over buildings to ensure the safety and security of occupants
and property, to require security businesses to meet certain professional standards
and obtain a business license from the City, and to amend the procurement code to
require compliance with these new training and licensing provisions.

Article I, Public Rights -of -Way, CHAPTER 416: - OBSTRUCTIONS, by adding a
new section at 416.05 (a) et seq. requiring no less than a ten (10) day notice of a
pending major street obstruction permit to be provided to the City Council; written
notice to businesses and or residents within the impacted area; and providing for a
waiver of said requirements in the event of an emergency.

maintain and use at their own cost and expense, an elevated outdoor dining area with
steps with landing, pavers, rails with guardrails, decking, planters, and canopy with
sign on the sidewalk area of 2 PPG Place, Market Place, in the 1st Ward, 6th
Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

to enter into an Agreement with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy to maintain a
raised flower bed at the Faith Gallo Memorial Garden located at the Gateway island
that is bounded by Stanwix Street, Penn Avenue and Liberty Avenue in the City of
Pittsburgh.

organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of
equipment and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities and the benefit of residents
of the City of Pittsburgh; and further, authorizing various City Departments to enter
into contract or contracts or use existing contract or contracts for street paving, the
purchase of equipment and/or furniture and other related costs at a costs not to
exceed $948,400.00” so as to transfer funds in City Council from: “Traffic
Improvements” (-$2,500.00) and transfer these funds to “Union Project”
(+$2,500.00).
