RUDIAK, CHAIR SUPPLEMENTAL 2015-2366 Resolution further amending Resolution 549, effective September 21, 2012 entitled "providing for an agreement/s, or use of existing agreements and/or a contract/s, or use of existing contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for City Council Neighborhood Needs Program and providing for the payment of the costs thereof", by transferring $6,000 to New Hope for Neighborhood Renewal, within District 1 Neighborhood Needs. Total cost of all projects is not to exceed $437,779.53. Sponsors: MRS. HARRIS A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried 2015-2367 Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $6,000 to New Hope for Neighborhood Renewal, within District 1 Neighborhood Needs. KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2014-0915 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title 4 - Public Places and Property, Article I, Public Rights -of -Way, CHAPTER 416: - OBSTRUCTIONS, by adding a new section at 416.05 (a) et seq. requiring no less than a ten (10) day notice of a pending major street obstruction permit to be provided to the City Council; written notice to businesses and or residents within the impacted area; and providing for a waiver of said requirements in the event of an emergency. GROSS, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2015-2315 Resolution amending Resolution No. 132 of 2014 for the Residential Parking Permit Program Area “V” in the Shadyside community (Council District #8) by adding and removing certain addresses pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried HEARINGS COMMITTEE, MR. KRAUS, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2015-2355 Petition from the residents of the City of Pittsburgh requesting a Public Hearing before City Council relative to the Shop and Save on Centre Avenue, and its employees’ treatment of patrons.
