2016-0041 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter, on behalf of
the City of Pittsburgh, into a lease agreement or agreements with Murray American
Transportation, Inc. in order that it may utilize along the Ohio River near the West
End Bridge designated as Block and Lot 7-P-200, for the purposes of mooring and
unloading boats, barges, and other watercraft.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The
motion carried
2016-0058 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the sum of Six Thousand Dollars
and 00/100 ($6,000.00), in favor of Elissa Lang, Swenson & Perer, One Oxford
Center, Suite 2501, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, releasing and discharging the City of
Pittsburgh from direct liability in any and all claims in the Court of Common Pleas of
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania filed at AR 13-005658.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The

Article VII, Parking, by creating Chapter 546 - Parking Enhancement District.

2016-0079 Resolution calling on the Director of Finance to draft all necessary policies and
procedures in order to create an equitable property assessment appeal process to
maintain the fairness and productivity of the tax base and to give residents assurance
that they are being taxed fairly on property values.

and the City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Works, to enter into an agreement
with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority of Allegheny County, for the City of Pittsburgh
and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to enter land owned by the
Pittsburgh Parking Authority to construct the Liberty Bridge Rain Garden.
