County as Block 32-F, Lot 50 and Block 32-F-132 for the purpose of reopening the
Murray Elementary School located at 800 Rectenwald St.

2016-0098 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of $7,056.00 to
Burns White LLC, Four Northshore Center, and 106 Isabella St., Pittsburgh, PA
15212 for professional consulting services in connection with expert consulting
services related to Beech Construction Inc. vs. City of Pittsburgh.

2016-0077 Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation,
and the City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Works, to enter into an agreement
with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority of Allegheny County, for the City of Pittsburgh
and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to enter land owned by the
Pittsburgh Parking Authority to construct the Liberty Bridge Rain Garden.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The

2016-0099 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public
Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh (CITY), to enter into a Declaration of Gift
Three Rivers Heritage Trail Stewardship Fund Agreement with the Pittsburgh
Foundation and Friends of the Riverfront to establish and manage a stewardship fund
for the maintenance and upkeep of the Three Rivers Heritage. Funds from private
individuals and companies as well as public grants will be accepted for the Three
Rivers Heritage Trail Fund.

$41,056.75.

2016-0090 Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services
Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with consultants and/or service providers for
professional services in connection with Civil Service and MPOETC required

position written examination pre-test training material, the development, administration
and scoring of National Firefighter Selection Inventory (NFSI) written examination,
examination analysis and final report and providing for the payment of the costs
thereof not to exceed $26,400.00.

(“Public Places and Property”), Article XI (“Parks and Playgrounds”) by amending
Chapter 473 with respect to enforcement of the City’s prohibition of smoking and use
of tobacco products in City parks as set forth in Chapter 473 of the City of Pittsburgh
Code.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The

2016-0093 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation to
enter into a License Agreement with the Parking Authority for the use of property
located between Beacon and Bartlett Streets for the 2016 Farmers’ Market.

2016-0094 Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License
Agreement(s) for the use of certain property for senior facilities for the provision of
center services to seniors in an amount not to exceed Sixty Five Thousand, Four
Hundred Dollars ($65,400.00), chargeable to and payable from the Seniors
Community Program Trust Fund in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Hundred, Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00).

certain property in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public purpose to
