with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority of Allegheny County, for the City of Pittsburgh
and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to enter land owned by the
Pittsburgh Parking Authority to construct, own and maintain the Liberty Bridge Rain
Garden.

Skating Rink chiller system; and providing for the payment thereof in an amount not to
exceed ($24,495.28).
