KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR SUPPLEMENTAL - RECOMMITTED PAPERS 2016-0077 Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and the City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Works to enter into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority of Allegheny County, for the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to enter land owned by the Pittsburgh Parking Authority to construct, own and maintain the Liberty Bridge Rain Garden. GILMAN, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2016-0109 Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all of the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned Property in the 25th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh Designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 23-F, Lots 59, 59A, 60, 60A, 60B and Block 23-B, Lots 216, 227, 227A, 227B, 228, 229, 231, 232, 233, 234, 234A, and 235, under the Residential Land Reserve Fund - Perrysville Avenue, 5, 6, Lane Way, 1643, 1645, 1641 Perrysville Avenue, 1639 and 1635 Perrysville Avenue - (Council District No. 6). A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried 2016-0110 Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all of the City’s Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned Properties in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 125-M, Lots 326 and 328 (Council District No. 9 - Commercial Development - 7001 and 7005 Hamilton Avenue) A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. Charles Street and 558 Ridgewood Street - Council District No. 6 (Greenway). A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried 2016-0113 Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all of the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned Properties in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 174-P, Lots 47 and 48 (Council District No.9 - Greenspace - 7415 and 7417 Tioga Street).
