countersign a warrant in an amount to be determined by the Department of Finance to
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania representing payment required for unclaimed
funds for the years 2012, pursuant to the provisions of Deposition of Abandoned and
Unclaimed Property Act of August 9, 1971 P.L. 74.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The

2016-0228 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of
Pittsburgh, to enter into a contract or agreement, or use of existing contract or
agreement with Maximus Consulting Services Inc. for the purpose of providing
support services for the preparation of the annual indirect cost allocation reports in
accordance with Federal Office of Management & Budget circular A-87. Total cost
not to exceed $33,000 for 2 years and $34,000 for an additional option of 2 years.

2016-0233 Resolution directing the Mayor, Director of Finance, Director of PLI, or their
designee to implement an online application process, and acceptance of credit cards
as a form of payment for the issuance of alarm permits.
