Workforce Investment Board (“Board”) for the shared operation and administration
of the Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment program for a period commencing
May 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2016, an amount not to exceed One Million
Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000) Dollars.
