Pittsburgh to execute relevant agreements with the Department of Community and
Economic Development (DCED) to receive Municipal Assistance Program (MAP)
grant funds in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero
cents ($75,000.00) in order to fund professional services/consultants to complete a
TRID planning study for the Uptown and Fifth/Forbes Corridor in the City of
Pittsburgh.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The

2016-0336 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to amend an
Agreement with Interface Studio, LLC, for the purpose of assigning the additional
JDE accounts ## 1129400174.53901.00, 1129400178.53901.00 and Item # 1156,
in order to make payments pursuant to said Agreement.

Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of
Pittsburgh (“URA”) in order to accept a subgrant of Federal Transit Administration
(“FTA”) awarded grant funds in an amount not to exceed One Million Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars and Zero cents ($1,200,000.00.) in order to fund the creation and
implementation of the Uptown and Fifth/Forbes Corridor Investment District.
