GROSS, CHAIR SUPPLEMENTAL - NEW PAPERS City of Pittsburgh Page 2 Standing Committee Meeting Minutes - Final April 27, 2016 2016-0335 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh to execute relevant agreements with the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) to receive Municipal Assistance Program (MAP) grant funds in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero cents ($75,000.00) in order to fund professional services/consultants to complete a TRID planning study for the Uptown and Fifth/Forbes Corridor in the City of Pittsburgh. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried 2016-0336 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to amend an Agreement with Interface Studio, LLC, for the purpose of assigning the additional JDE accounts ## 1129400174.53901.00, 1129400178.53901.00 and Item # 1156, in order to make payments pursuant to said Agreement. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried INTERGOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, MR. GILMAN, CHAIR SUPPLEMENTAL - NEW PAPERS 2016-0334 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) in order to accept a subgrant of Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”) awarded grant funds in an amount not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero cents ($1,200,000.00.) in order to fund the creation and implementation of the Uptown and Fifth/Forbes Corridor Investment District. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended.
