Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Office of Management and Budget, on
behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements with
The Kingsley Association for the use of The Kingsley Center Pool by City residents;
and shall be at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents
($15,000.00) to be paid from the 2016 operating budget line item

effort with Student Conservation Association to add a seasonal park ranger team and
further providing for an agreements and expenditures not to exceed seven hundred
thousand ($700,000) dollars over a two-year period for this stated purpose.
