Authorizing the Mayor and the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements with The Kingsley Association for the use of The Kingsley Center Pool by City residents; and shall be at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00) to be paid from the 2016 operating budget line item 11101.53.53101.102200.2016. GROSS, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2016-0354 Resolution amending Resolution No. 607, effective September 22, 2015, providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $513,000.00, so as to reprogram funds within the Mayor’s Office from: “Homewood Renaissance Association” (-$10,00.00); “Light of Life Ministries” (-$5,000.00); and transfer these funds to “Kingsley Association” (+$15,000.00). O'CONNOR, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2016-0429 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Parks and Recreation to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to support the Park Ranger Grant from the Richard King Mellon Foundation to provide a two-year support of a collaborative effort with Student Conservation Association to add a seasonal park ranger team and further providing for an agreements and expenditures not to exceed seven hundred thousand ($700,000) dollars over a two-year period for this stated purpose.
