RUDIAK, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2016-0768 Resolution to amend Resolution No. 281 of 2016, “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget to enter into a Contract or Agreement with MAYA Design for graphic design, branding, and application support for the City's Smart City Challenge grant for a sum not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00) and for the payment of the costs thereof,” by increasing compensation by Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2016-0769 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Office of Management and Budget to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from Living Cities to complete a condition assessment of all the steps owned and maintained by the City (over 800 segments) and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Said agreement will be at no cost to the City. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. INVOICES A moiton was made to Approve. The motion was carried. GROSS, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2016-0226 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh City Code, Title 9: Zoning Code, Article V: Use Regulations, Chapter 911 - Primary Uses by amending language to Sections 911.02, 911.04 and 911.04.A.13; Chapter 912 - Accessory Uses and Structures by amending language to Section 912.04.G; and Article IX: Measurements and Definitions, Chapter 926 - Definitions by amending language throughout. A motion was made that this matter be Held in the Committee on Land Use and Economic Development, due back by 10/12/2016. The motion carried. 2016-0531 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine - Zoning, Article IX - Measurements or Definitions, Chapter 925 - Measurements by amending language to Sections 925.06.A, 925.06.G, and 925.07. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2016-0764 Resolution amending the Hazelwood-Almono Tax Increment Financing Plan (Council District 5). A motion was made that this matter be Held for Public Hearing to the Committee on Hearings . The motion carried.
