"providing for an agreement/s, or use of existing agreements and/or a contract/s, or
use of existing contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment,
and/or services for City Council Neighborhood Needs Program and providing for the
payment of the costs thereof", by transferring $7,800 to CASGED St. Michael’s
and All Angels Church, $5,000 to the Kitchen of Grace, and reimbursing the War
Memorials project within District 1 Neighborhood Needs. Total cost of all projects is
not to exceed $453,712.38.

“adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital
Improvement Program” by transferring $7,800 to CASGED St. Michael’s and All
Angels Church, $5,000 to the Kitchen of Grace, and reimbursing the War Memorials
project within District 1 Neighborhood Needs.

Depositories; Chapter 221: Contracts, by revising Sections 221.09 (Award of
Banking Business) to allow for a biennial request for qualifications from and
designation for banking institutions that wish to act as depositories for the City.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The
motion carried.

2016-0646 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf
of the City of Pittsburgh into a one-year Professional Services Agreement or
Agreements with Family Life Empowerment Community Development Corporation
for the purpose of implementation of the Pittsburgh Group Violence Intervention
Street Outreach Program, total cost not to exceed $150,000.00.

2016-0792 Resoluiton accepting the dedication of certain streets in the Bakery Square project for
public highway and utility purposes, accepting the grading, paving, curbing, sidewalks,
light pole foundations, street lighting systems, bio-retention walls, medians, and the
street trees within the public right of way, and fixing the width and position of the
roadway and sidewalk thereof in the 7th Ward, Council District 8, of the City of
Pittsburgh.
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The
motion carried.
URBAN RECREATION COMMITTEE, MR. O'CONNOR, CHAIR

2016-0740 Ordinance amending and supplementing the City of Pittsburgh Code, Title Four
