A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2016-1106 Resolution amending Resolution 771 of 2016 entitled “Resolution fixing the number of officers and employees of the City of Pittsburgh for the 2017 fiscal year, and the rate of compensation thereof, and setting maximum levels for designated positions” by reopening the 2017 Operating Budget. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2017-1113 Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title One: Administrative Article IX: Boards, Commissions and Authorities, by adding Chapter 179F entitled “Advisory Board on Bike Lane Infrastructure,” in order to address the current trend of increasing bike lanes. KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR SUPPLEMENTAL - NEW PAPERS City of Pittsburgh Page 2 Printed on 1/19/2017 Standing Committee Meeting Minutes - Final January 18, 2017 2017-1147 Resolution amending Resolution No. 713, effective December 13, 2016, entitled ” Resolution amending Resolution No. 545, effective August 13, 2015, entitled Authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into agreements for the purpose of receiving grant funds that will be used for the construction of the “Mon Wharf Switchback Ramp” and to thereafter enter into an additional Agreement or Agreements with Riverlife, and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, and other agencies as needed to accept any grant funds offered to the City for this project, and further providing for legitimate expenditures for payments and agreement or agreements, or contract or contracts for any services required in connection with the expenditure of said grant funds per the original intent of the grant award. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts or expenditures shall not exceed $2,844,995.00, by increasing the project allocation to $3,789,259.00. HARRIS, CHAIR SUPPLEMENTAL - NEW PAPERS 2017-1135 Resolution providing authorization for the City of Pittsburgh and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement(s) for the City to provide administrative services associated with the health care plan for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for an amount not to exceed $54,000.00 over three years. GROSS, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2016-0034 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article IV, Chapter 916, Residential Compatibility Standards, Section 916.05, Operating Hours, 916.06, Noise, Chapter 917, Operational Performance Standards, and Article IX, Chapter 926, Definitions, to provide current and more enforceable construction and noise standards for the City of Pittsburgh. INNOVATION, PERFORMANCE AND ASSET MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, REV. BURGESS, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2017-1120 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendment to existing agreements for the continued lease of equipment through Xerox Corporation.
