and related environmental matters at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Twenty
Dollars and No Cents ($120,000.00), to be divided as follows: Sixty Thousand
Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) is to be paid by the City of Pittsburgh and Sixty
Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) is to be paid by the Pittsburgh Water
and Sewer Authority.

Services' MXR Heart monitors and defibrillators over a five-year period, and
providing for the payment of the cost thereof. Said Agreement(s) shall not exceed an
overall cost of $242,032.80.
