Expenditures from this trust will consist of payments to individuals for settlement of their workers' compensation claim, surveillance, vocational rehabilitation, outplacement and other miscellaneous services related to Workers' Compensation management as approved by the Director of Finance.” in order to allow transfers from the WCCTF to the Workers Compensation VEBA Account. KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2016-0875 Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Public Works to assume responsibility for the year round maintenance, repair, and future alterations constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as part of the East Ohio Street Improvement Project.
