Expenditures from this trust will consist of payments to individuals for settlement of their workers' compensation claim, surveillance, vocational rehabilitation, outplacement and other miscellaneous services related to Workers' Compensation management as approved by the Director of Finance.” in order to allow transfers from the WCCTF to the Workers Compensation VEBA Account. The motion carried. 2017-2267 Resolution amending Resolution number 823 of 1989, entitled “Creating a trust fund for the payment of the City of Pittsburgh's Workers' Compensation obligations and providing for the periodic transfer of funds from code accounts presently in existence to the trust fund for the payment of the City's Workers' Compensation obligations” in order to allow transfers from the Workers Compensation Medical Payment Trust Fund to the Workers Compensation VEBA Account. KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR DEFERRED PAPERS 2016-0875 Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Public Works to assume responsibility for the year round maintenance, repair, and future alterations constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as part of the East Ohio Street Improvement Project. A motion was made that this matter be Held in Committee to the Standing Committee. The motion carried.
