that it will utilize the second floor of the City of Pittsburgh building located at 1555
Broadway Avenue, for a business incubator and co-working office space.

Disruptive Properties, Chapter 670. - Disruptive Property Abatement, by repealing
Chapter 670 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Chapter 670.

services for traffic signal installation of the South Side Signals Project; and providing
for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $390,213.38.

Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Conservation and
Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2)
to provide funding for the West End Trolley Trail Project that will repurpose an old
trolley right-of-way in the underserved West End section of our City. In the event the
grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to
exceed SIX HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
NINETY-NINE ($608,799.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

2018-0383 Resolution authorizing The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the
Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of
Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships
Program (C2P2) to provide funding for renovations to the Townsend Parklet. In the
event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures
not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,000.00) dollars
for this stated purpose. This grant will be used in conjunction with capital funds to
execute contracts in the event city is awarded the grant not to exceed FOUR
HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000) dollars

located at 375 North Shore Drive, Suite 600, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212, an
easement for a gas pipeline located in Highland Park that services the Highland Park
Pool and Maintenance Building.
