LAVELLE, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2018-0388 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh City Code, Title Six, Conduct, Article VII - Disruptive Properties, Chapter 670. - Disruptive Property Abatement, by repealing Chapter 670 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Chapter 670. KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2018-0381 Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for the preliminary design and final design, services during construction, and miscellaneous services for traffic signal installation of the South Side Signals Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $390,213.38. A motion was made that this matter be Held in the Committee on Public Works , due back by 5/2/2018. The motion carried. Enactment No: 316 2018-0382 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2) to provide funding for the West End Trolley Trail Project that will repurpose an old trolley right-of-way in the underserved West End section of our City. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed SIX HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-NINE ($608,799.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Enactment No: 313 2018-0383 Resolution authorizing The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2) to provide funding for renovations to the Townsend Parklet. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. This grant will be used in conjunction with capital funds to execute contracts in the event city is awarded the grant not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000) dollars A motion was made that this matter be Held in Committee to the Committee on Public Works .
