A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2018-1110 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code at Title Two: Fiscal, Article IX: Property Taxes, Chapter 263: Real Property Tax and Exemptions, Section 263.02: Payment Options, Discount and Delinquency Penalty, so as to set the payment, discount, and delinquent dates for the 2019 fiscal year. City of Pittsburgh Page 3 Standing Committee Meeting Minutes December 12, 2018 2018-1111 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code at Title Two: Fiscal, Article IX: Property Taxes, Chapter 263: Real Property Tax and Exemption, Section 263.01: Levy and Rate on Lands and Buildings, by fixing the rate of taxation for 2019. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2018-1112 Resolution authorizing all City departments, in conjunction with the Department of Finance, to enter into facilities usage agreements for the purpose of permitting groups and individuals to rent City-owned facilities for recreational and community-focused activities during the 2019 calendar year. The City shall not charge more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per rental agreement. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2018-1113 Resolution authorizing the fee schedule for 2019 pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code. A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion carried. 2018-1135 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the three taxing bodies, for a sum not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) over one year, with two optional one year extensions, and for the payment of the costs thereof.
