KAIL-SMITH, CHAIR NEW PAPERS 2019-1405 Resolution authorizing the transfer by the City of Pittsburgh to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (“PennDOT”) of certain public right-of-way, slope easement and temporary construction easement rights on certain property of the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to secure the Right-of-Way for the West Ohio Street Bridge construction project. A motion was made that this matter be Held in Committee to the Committee on Public Works , due back by 3/6/2019. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. The motion carried. 2019-1410 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC)’s Community Infrastructure and Tourism Fund to replace the Robert E. Williams Community Center.
