APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES April 8th, 2024 Meeting Minutes 3. NEW BUSINESS Presentation from Police and Fire Departments regarding environmental and sustainability initiatives. Summary Presentation by Police Chief Howard Harrison and Fire Chief Don Todd. Green Business Certification Program - Application Review Summary Review and scoring of application. 4. OLD BUSINESS Discussion of Earth Day 2024 - lessons learned, plans for 2025 Continued discussion - Sustainability Plan. 5. OTHER BUSINESS/DISCUSSIONS 6. PUBLIC COMMENTS 7.
