Business Item 3.A Consider the final form of the Agreement to install a solar panel system on the RecPlex roof, as negotiated between Village staff and Arch Solar. Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board may convene into closed session to the extent the Village Board determines they are required to do so to avoid harming the Village’s competitive or bargaining position and strategies with regard to the Arch Solar contract to install a solar panel system on the RecPlex roof, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(e) which allows closed session for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 5. Following the closed session, if any, the Village Board may convene into open session to consider the final form of the Agreement with Arch Solar. 6.
