NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TEXAS Notice is hereby given that a Special Session of the City Council Special Session of the City of Pleasanton, Texas will be held on July 16, 2026, at 4:40 pm at the 108 Second St., P.O. Box 209, Pleasanton, TX 78064 . The following items will be discussed at this meeting: 1. Meeting Called to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Citizens Comments 4. Ordinances and Resolutions: A. Reading and Adoption of Resolution No. 365-26 requesting financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board; authorizing the filing of an application for assistance; and making certain findings in connection therewith 5. Action Items: A. Discussion and Action regarding approval of a legal services agreement to assist the City to participate in the National PFAS Phase 2 Settlement Program, review of eligibility status, authorization to collect and submit required system information, and preservation of all rights available under the court-approved PFAS settlements before the July 31, 2026 deadline.- Acting City Manager B. Discussion and Action regarding the Crestline Drive project.- Acting City Manager 6.
