Introductions​ ​(5​ ​mins) ● All​ ​members​ ​present​ ​except​ ​for​ ​Kate​ ​Swan​ ​Malin​ ​(traveling).​ ​One​ ​member of​ ​the​ ​public​ ​in​ ​attendance. II. City​ ​staff​ ​guest​ ​speaker​ ​-​ ​Jon​ ​Jennings,​ ​City​ ​Manager​ ​(20 minutes) ● Jon​ ​gave​ ​an​ ​overview​ ​of​ ​various​ ​projects​ ​in​ ​which​ ​the​ ​City​ ​is​ ​currently involved​ ​that​ ​could​ ​interface​ ​with​ ​the​ ​work​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Conservancy. ● His​ ​ideal​ ​vision​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Conservancy​ ​is​ ​an​ ​organization​ ​that​ ​takes​ ​a “comprehensive​ ​approach​ ​to​ ​all​ ​needs​ ​in​ ​all​ ​parks​ ​in​ ​the​ ​City.” III. Final​ ​Review:​ ​Bylaws,​ ​MOU,​ ​Statement​ ​of​ ​Commitment​ ​(25 minutes) ● Final​ ​round​ ​of​ ​edits​ ​made​ ​to​ ​Bylaws,​ ​MOU,​ ​Statement​ ​of​ ​Commitment, and​ ​these​ ​are​ ​visible​ ​on​ ​the​ ​BSC​ ​webpage.
