Kevin Cashman; Paul Fagone, Robert Waitkevitch. City Staff present: Jessica Hanscombe Minutes Recorded by Catherine Hooper, Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police. The meeting began at 5:01 pm. 1. Minutes from 9/18/18 meeting were reviewed, accepted and seconded. 2. Lt. Cashman provided an overview of calls for service for the month of September. Concert noise & loud music complaints reviewed. 3. Public Comment: Frederic Street resident attended to follow up on permitting of events at Bunker Brewing. Jessica Hanscombe briefly addressed ongoing concerns and additional city staff will follow up by the end of the week. 4. New business *NOTE* There will be no meeting of the Sound Oversight Committee Meeting in November. The next meeting will be held on December 18th, at 5 PM.
