Public Comment 5. Adjourn Sound Oversight Committee Meeting Minutes February 19th, 2019 Members Present: Lt. Kevin Cashman; Paul Fagone, Jack Murray, Robert Waitkevitch City Staff present: Jessica Hanscombe Minutes Recorded by Catherine Hooper, Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police. The meeting began at 5:07 pm. 1. Minutes from 1/15/19 meeting were reviewed, accepted and seconded. 2. Lt. Cashman provided an overview of calls for service for the month of January. -1 business related calls; PD responded and no loud noise was observed. . 3. Public Comment: No public comment. 4. New business Robert Waitkevitch inquired as to the status of the new sound ordinance. Jess Hanscombe provided an explanation of the City’s process. A new ordinance is expected to be read in front of City Council within the next few months and ultimately effective by summer of 2020. With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 5:23 pm.
