N. ORDINANCES – FIRST PRESENTATION
N1 An Ordinance calling a Special Municipal Election to be held on November 3, 2026,
directing that the Special Municipal Election be conducted as part of a Coordinated
Election, adopting for use at the Special Municipal Election the requirements and
procedures of the Uniform Election Code of 1992 except to the extent the Uniform Election
Code of 1992 conflicts with a specific provision of the Charter of the City of Pueblo, and
suspending for such purposes the Pueblo Election Code and all Ordinances and
Resolutions of the City in conflict therewith
N2 An Ordinance budgeting and appropriating funds in the amount of $490,000 from the
unappropriated fund balance of the general fund to Account 10114001-51060 in the
amount of $30,000, and to Account 10180200-58197 in the amount of $460,000
N3 An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to forgive interest accrued to a 2005
Affordable Housing Development Loan Agreement upon repayment in full of the principal
