CALL TO ORDER Judge Dunford called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. B. ROLL CALL - 1:30 PM Judge Nelson Dunford and Deputy City Clerk Vincent Petkosek C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Judge Dunford approved the amended agenda, modifying the event date for SRDA from July 10, 2026, to August 14th, 2026, and posted the agenda as amended. D. READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES D1 Reading and Approval of the Minutes from the May 22, 2026, meeting of the Pueblo Liquor and Marijuana Authority. Judge Dunford approved the Minutes for the Pueblo Liquor and Marijuana Authority for May 22, 2026, as distributed. E. Luwam Dawit, Appliant Kris Hoeltgen, Attorney Judge Dunford recalled this item from the May 22, 2026, hearing. After a briefed conversation between Ms. Hoeltgen and Judge Dunford, this item was continued to the July 17, 2026, agenda. F2 Special Event Application - Beer, Wine and Spirituous Liquor - Pueblo Friends of the Arkansas River, 2727 N. Elizabeth Street, Event Date: June 27, 2026, 11a.m. - 7 p.m. Corinne Koehler, Appliant Deputy City Clerk Petkosek confirmed the public notice was posted in the required time frame. Deputy City Clerk Petkosek spoke about the inspection of the location. Judge Dunford swore in Ms. Koehler. Ms. Koehler answered questions and addressed comments made by Judge Dunford. Public Hearing: Adam Davidson sent a letter in favor of this event, serving alcohol. Duane Nava sent a letter in favor of this event, serving alcohol. Donjelle Kidman appeared in person and spoke in favor of this event, serving alcohol. Breanne Triple appeared in person and spoke in favor of this event, serving alcohol. Michael Templeton appeared in person and spoke in favor of this event, serving alcohol. Thomas Shenell appeared in person and spoke in favor of this event, serving alcohol. Sandy Davidson appeared in person and spoke against this event, serving alcohol. Mary Haghline appeared in person and spoke against this event, serving alcohol. Judge Dunford closed the hearing. Judge Dunford reprimanded Deputy City Clerk Petkosek for hanging the public notice in the wrong location.
