Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Town Council and to the
general public that the Town Council may meet in Executive Session, which will not be open to the
public, for the following purposes set forth below. Physical access to the meeting space will be
available at the time specified above.
Some members of the Town Council and staff may attend electronically. Others may attend the public
portions of the meeting only, including the public and media, by accessing and listening to the Town
Council meeting online at www.QueenCreekAZ.gov and following the instructions on that webpage.

3. MOTION TO ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION (to be held in the Ironwood Conference Room
in the Community Chambers Building) for the following purposes:
A. Discussion and consultation with the Town's attorney for legal advice and with the Town's
attorney and Town's representatives regarding property matters in the Town Center.

B. Discussion and consultation with the Town's attorney for legal advice and with the Town's
attorney and Town's representatives regarding Box Canyon Project Development
Agreements. A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) & (7)
C. Discussion and consultation with the Town's attorney for legal advice and with the Town's
attorney and Town's representatives regarding the Intergovernmental Agreement for court
services between the Town of Queen Creek and Maricopa County San Tan Justice Court.
