Chief of Police recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $14,676.28 from Sauk Valley Community College, Dixon IL, for basic law enforcement training academy tuition for Officers Cooper and Perez. REGULAR MEETING 11. RESOLUTION - REGULAR SESSION 11a. Resolution for acceptance of the bid in the amount of $1,346,042.00 from Diamond Construction for the 2025/2026 Resurfacing & Alley Improvements Project for twelve (12) alleys and seven (7) streets at various locations throughout the City of Quincy. 12. ORDINANCES 12a. Second presentation of an Ordinance entitled: An Ordinance Amending Title XI (Business Regulations) Of Chapter 119 (Mobile Home Parks) Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy of 2015. (To set standards and regulations to hold the park owners responsible for maintaining their parks.) 12b. First presentation of an Ordinance entitled : An Ordinance Amending The 2025- 2026 Fiscal Year Budget (To increase the General Fund-Fire Department budget for the purchase of new fire apparatus.) 13.
