Resolution authorizing execution of a professional agreement and release of monthly stipends to Kristin Dreasler-Niemann from May 2026 through April 2027 in total amount of $82,000 for strategic communication services. 1 9. Adoption Of An Ordinance Entitled: An Ordinance Amending Title XI (Business Regulations) Of Chapter 125 (Taxicabs And Limousines) Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy Of 2015. 9b. Adoption Of An Ordinance Entitled: An Ordinance Vacating Undeveloped Alley. (Approximately 2,900 square foot (141 by 20 ) portion of undeveloped east/west alley, bounded by North 3rd Street, North 4th Street, Cherry Street and Cedar Street.) 9c. First Presentation Of An Ordinance Entitled: An Ordinance Amending XV (Land Usage) Of Chapter 162 (Off-Street Parking Requirements) Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy Of 2015. (Allow off street parking at 1304 South 17th St). 9d. First Presentation Of An Ordinance Entitled: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 51 (Plumbing And Sewers) And Chapter 52 (Water) Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy. (Amends water and sewer rates and charges.). 9e. First Presentation Of An Ordinance Entitled: An Ordinance Amending Title VII (Traffic Code) Of Chapter 76 (Bicycles) Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy Of 2015 Regulating Low-Speed Electric Scooters, Low-Speed Electric Bicycles, and Low-Speed Gas Bicycles Within The City Of Quincy.
