TRI TOWN BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, § 20, Massachusetts General Laws, I hereby file
notice that a meeting of Tri-Town Board of Water Commissioners and the Randolph Holbrook Joint
Water Board will be held on July 21, 2026 at 12:00PM in the Chapin Hall in Randolph Town Hall, 41
South Main Street Randolph, MA in Randolph. Said meeting will be open to the public and the
press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. For those unable attend the meeting

8. Other Topics not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting
9. Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect
to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position
of the public body regarding the Tri-Town Water District plant construction project
(Walsh Construction II, LLC and John W. Egan Co., Inc.), and if the chair so
declares. Votes may occur during the executive session.
