Demolition of Structures on South Adams Street and North Jackson Street - Acceptance and Final Payment Reference: Resolution 26-29  The Parks and Recreation Director has determined that the project has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the project specifications. 9. Unfinished Business A. Award of Contract - 2026 Sidewalk Replacement Project (pg 25) Reference: Bill 4043 Contract 2026 Sidewalk Replacement Locations The 2026 Sidewalk Replacement Project primarily includes removal and replacement of existing sidewalks and replacing/installing ADA ramps at various locations. This project also includes the installation of a section of trail to complete the trail along Sunset Lane. Staff recommends award of contract to Tenoch Construction Inc. • City Council, 06/22/2026: Approval, 7-0 B. Award of Contract - City Hall Refresh (pg 74) Reference: Bill 4045 Contract This Project consists of the removal of the existing asphalt in the front parking lot at City Hall and installation of a concrete parking lot. Included in this is the installation of a raised crosswalk at the main entrance into City Hall as well as sidewalk and curb replacement at multiple locations. Staff recommends award of contract to Tenoch Construction Inc. • City Council, 06/22/2026: Approval, 6-1 10. New Business A. 2026-2027 Raymore Peculiar School Resource Officer Agreement (pg 117) Reference: Bill 4046  Agreement This agreement calls for the City of Raymore to provide School Resource Officer services to the Raymore-Peculiar School District for schools within the Raymore City limits during the 2026-2027 school year. The school district will provide reimbursement to the City for these services. • No previous action on this item 11.
