Franklin, Jr. Jeffrey Smith Jonathan Phillips Caryn Stevens, TRMC Pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Service Priorities Workshop of the Red Oak City Council to be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Waxahachie Civic Center, 2000 Civic Center Ln., Ballroom 6, Waxahachie, Texas, and by videoconference as authorized by Section 551.127 of the Texas Government Code, at which time the following will be discussed and considered: CALL TO ORDER: The Mayor will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum, if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act. SERVICE PRIORITIES WORKSHOP: The City Manager will make a general presentation on the following agenda items. Comments, deliberations and questions may be made on any of the agenda items before, during, and/or after the presentation. No action will be taken. 1. Discuss and receive input regarding City Council and departmental priorities for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 regarding the following topics: A. Capital B. Personnel C. Infrastructure D.
