Ordinance #2026-08 - An ordinance approving the Redmond East Gateway Development Agreement, Master Development Plan, and Zoning Map Amendment Compliant with the 2040 Greater Redmond Area Comprehensive Plan. D. Sale of City-Owned Property Tax Lot 151319CA00099 adjacent to 2511 SW 43rd Court. VII. ACTION ITEMS A. Approval to Amend Contract #2025-33 with The Wallace Group for Airport Terminal Expansion Construction Special Inspection Services to the Amount of $413,800 B. Authorization to enter into an up to seven-year lease for use by the City of Redmond for office space located at 325 SW 7th Street: $524,250. VIII. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS AT THE MEETING Citizen comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person and will be accepted for a period of 30 minutes.
