Approval to Amend Contract #2025-33 with The Wallace Group for Airport Terminal Expansion Construction Special Inspection Services to the Amount of $413,800 B. Authorization to enter into an up to seven-year lease for use by the City of Redmond for office space located at 325 SW 7th Street: $524,250.  VIII.
