B. Special Event Street Closure Request for the August 15, 2026 for the Wild
Ride Classic Car Show
C. Ordinance #2026-08 - An ordinance approving the Redmond East
Gateway Development Agreement, Master Development Plan, and
Zoning Map Amendment Compliant with the 2040 Greater Redmond Area
Comprehensive Plan.
D. Sale of City-Owned Property Tax Lot 151319CA00099 adjacent to 2511
SW 43rd Court.
VII. ACTION ITEMS
A. Approval to Amend Contract #2025-33 with The Wallace Group for Airport
Terminal Expansion Construction Special Inspection Services to the
Amount of $413,800
B. Authorization to enter into an up to seven-year lease for use by the City of
Redmond for office space located at 325 SW 7th Street: $524,250.
