ABOUT A SUBJECT OVER WHICH THE COMMON COUNCIL HAS DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY. IF A QUORUM OF THE COMMON COUNCIL ATTENDS
THIS MEETING, NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE COMMON COUNCIL AT THIS MEETING.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
I. APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD ON JUNE 9, 2026:
THE COMMITTEE WILL RECEIVE INFORMATION ON NON-AGENDA TOPICS BROUGHT BEFORE THE
COMMITTEE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. THE COMMITTEE WILL NOT DISCUSS THESE TOPICS, AND
WILL NOT TAKE ACTION ON ANY OF THEM AT THIS MEETING
I. GENERAL BUSINESS:
A. Consider Site Plan Review for a new business office – 1700 Lands’ End Ln; CSM 7725 Lot 2;
parcel # 276-2046-30000 – Neil Pfaff, Vierbicher
B. Consider Certified Survey Map for vacating portion of Booster Blvd – 633 Booster Blvd; Parcel
#276-1140-00000 – Excel Engineering
C. Discuss future access to vacant lots between Wynwood Circle and 8th St in Eastridge
Subdivision.
D. Consider Certified Survey Map to divide and combine parcels – E7165 Copper Creek Way;
parcel # 030-1186-00000, 030-0001-01000 – Tim Becker
E. Consider recommending rezoning from Ag to R-2 Residential – E7165 Copper Creek Way;
parcel # 030-1186-00000, 030-0001-01000 – Tim Becker
