Business Items B.1 Review and possible approval for payment of below invoices. The City will pay the invoices and seek 75% reimbursement from the Water Management Fund from the Western Regional Water Commission and 25% reimbursement from the Nevada Department of Transportation per the Interlocal Agreements. (For Possible Action) (i) Balance invoice # 213136-0224, dated March 7, 2024, in the amount of $ 16,192.90, related to Stormwater Monitoring for FY23/24. B.2 Review and possible approval for payment of below invoices and receipt. The City will seek reimbursement from the Water Management Fund from the Western Regional Water Commission per the Interlocal Agreement. (For Possible Action) (i) Sprinkle Donuts receipts, dated March 8, 2024 and March 14, 2024, in the amount of $29.12 and $56.85, provided for SWPCC’s BMP Training for Contractors. B.3 Review and discussion of Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency’s website Data Portal, which now houses the migrated Truckee River Info Gateway (TRIG) data, in preparation of removing existing TRIG website. (Not For Action) B.4 Review, discussion and possible direction on Water Quality Crediting Draft Program Document. (For Possible Action) B.5 Review and possible approval of the FY24/25 USGS Operation and Maintenance Agreement for North Truckee Drain near Big Fish Drive, in the amount of $21,600. The Nevada Department of Transportation will contribute 25% of the total cost. (For Possible Action) B.6 Review and possible approval of purchasing new stormwater quality monitoring equipment by City of Reno on behalf of the SWPCC and installation by Balance Hydrologics per their agreement, for the Truckee Meadows Stormwater Monitoring Program, in the amount of $24,075. (For Possible Action) B.7 Review and possible approval of purchasing 12 new pH meters for stormwater quality monitoring during the Truckee River Snapshot Day, in the amount of $909.51, plus shipping and handling. (For Possible Action) B.8 Review and possible approval of design of an SWPCC-branded magnet advertising the Truckee Meadows StoryMap and TMStormwater.com, and the purchase of 1000 3”x3” magnets from 4Imprint in the amount of $450.00, plus shipping and handling.
