Order of Business:
The presiding officer shall determine the order of the agenda and all questions of parliamentary procedure at the meeting. Items on
the agenda may be taken out of order. The public body may combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove an item

B. Business Items
B.1 Review, discussion and possible approval of the below invoices. The City will pay the invoices and seek
75% reimbursement from the Water Management Fund from the Western Regional Water Commission
and 25% reimbursement from the Nevada Department of Transportation per the Interlocal Agreements.

(i) Balance invoice # 213136-0324, dated March 29, 2024, in the amount of $ 17,246.05, related
to Stormwater Monitoring for FY23/24.
(ii) NCE invoice # 167352501, dated April 16, 2024, in the amount of $ 4,987.50, related to
Watershed Assessments of Tributaries to the Truckee River for FY23/24.
B.2 Review, discussion and possible approval of a StormCon exhibiting Agreement between Stormwater
Solutions and SWPCC to provide a free exhibitor space for SWPCC in return for advertising StormCon
to various local agencies. (For Possible Action)
B.3 Review of FY23/24 3rd quarter SWPCC budget. (Not for Action)
B.4 Review, discussion and possible direction regarding potential SWPCC consultant projects for FY24/25,
including but not limited to the following options: (For Possible Action)
1. Produce FY24/25 Watershed Assessments (estimated cost: $60,000)
2. Update and reprinting of the Nevada Contractors Field Guide for Construction Site
BMPs, last updated 2013 (estimated cost: $15,000)
3. Update Truckee Meadows Structural Controls Design and Low Impact Development
Manual, last updated 2015 (estimated cost: $30,000)
4. Update Truckee Meadows Construction Site BMP Handbook, last updated 2015
(estimated cost: $30,000)
5. Update Industrial and Commercial Stormwater Best Management Practices Handbook,
last updated 2020 (estimated cost: $15,000)
6. Production of Sparks/Reno/Washoe Maintenance and Operations Educational Video
(estimated cost: $20,000)
• Other video ideas: Remake the Municipal Stormwater Academy (Construction
& Public Works) Video
7. Produce a water quality trend analysis as 5-year follow up to 2019 analysis (estimated
cost: $30,000)
8. Update aging water sampling and gauging equipment, long-term improvements (several
phases over 1-2 years) (estimated cost: $60,000)
