Order of Business: The presiding officer shall determine the order of the agenda and all questions of parliamentary procedure at the meeting. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. The public body may combine two or more agenda items for consideration, remove items from the agenda, and/or delay discussion on or continue scheduled agenda items at any time. Items scheduled to be heard at a specific time will be heard no earlier than the stated time but may be heard later. Public Comment: In-Person Persons wishing to address the public body at the meeting shall submit a “Request to Speak” form to the staff liaison. C 2) 2024 Yori South Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Project Update (Discussion Item Only) – An informational update on the 2024 neighborhood street project in the Yori area. Development Projects (Discussion Item Only) - Following presentations by the project’s developer or representative, NAB members and the public will have the opportunity to ask questions about the project and provide feedback. The NAB will not take any action on development projects. NAB members and the public are encouraged to complete the C development project review form with their input. All development project review forms submitted to the community liaison at the NAB meeting or via the online form (https://bit.ly/DS-public-comment) will be submitted to the Reno Planning Commission for consideration in the development review process. City of Reno Planning staff will be available for questions but will not provide project presentations. 1) ANX24-00002 - Dermody Trust Annexation (Discussion Item Only): A request has been made for the annexation of a ±4,113 square foot site located across two parcels south of Aspen Trail and north of Bridle Way (776 & 792 Aspen Trail). The site is adjacent to the City of Reno jurisdictional boundary but is not located within the Sphere of Influence. Upon annexation, the site will have the Large-Lot Neighborhood (LL) Master Plan land use designation and the Large-Lot Residential – 1 acre (LLR1) zoning designation.  2) LDC24-00037 - 85 Gentry Way Conditional Use Permit (Discussion Item Only): A request has been made for a conditional use permit to reestablish a discontinued, nonconforming outdoor storage use. The ±1.32 acre site is located on the north side of Gentry Way approximately ±135 feet east of its intersection with South Virginia Street (85 Gentry Way). The site is located in the Mixed-Use Urban (MU) zoning district and has a Master Plan land use designation of Urban Mixed- Use (UMU) D.
