COMMUNITY COMMENTS The Community Comments portion of the meeting is an opportunity for citizens to address Council. Comments related to a public hearing may only be made during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting. Before addressing City Council, members of the public are asked to complete a speaker’s form and give it to the Clerk of Council.
