PRESENTATION 1. Swearing In Ceremony of Police Officer Zachary Zavala and Police Officer Garrett Greely E. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed below are considered routine and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed and considered separately. 1. Consider approval of the minutes from the regular City Council meeting held on June 23, 2026. AGENDA FOR THE MEETING July 14, 2026 OF THE ROANOKE CITY COUNCIL Page 2 of 3 2. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 2026-139, adding a new Chapter 10, Article 10.1200, Sections 10.1201 to 10.1204 "Electronic Bicycles and Electronic Scooters." 3. Consider approval of the FY2026-27 Consolidated Radio Communication Contract with the Denton County Sheriff's Office 4. Consider approval of A&G Services authorizing the purchase and installation of six (6) HVAC units for Roanoke Fire Department Station One. 5. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Roanoke and the Town of Trophy Club for Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC) Services. 6. Consider approval of an easement acquisition offer between the Trinity River Authority (TRA) and the City of Roanoke for property located at Fairway Ranch Addition, Block 1, Lot 1 AND Roanoke Baseball Complex Lot 1, Highway 114, in the MEP&P RR CO Survey, Roanoke, Denton County, Texas, for the sum of $16,507. F. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consider and act on Resolution No. 2026-115R approving a resolution of the Roanoke Convention Center Hotel Local Development Corporation authorizing the issuance of the Corporation's hotel revenue bonds; approving execution and delivery of all agreements and documents related to the development, construction and operation of the convention center hotel project; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject 2. Consideration and action on approval of Resolution No.2026-116R appointing one member to the Board of Managers of the Denco Area 9-1- 1 District. 3. Consideration and action to appoint four (4) members to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term expiring in June 2028 and two (2) alternate members to the Planning and Zoning Commission, one for a term expiring in June 2027 and one for a term expiring in June 2028. 4. Consideration and action to appoint two (2) alternates to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, one for a term expiring in June 2027 and one for a term expiring in June 2028.
