A. Discuss Staff Research for Potential Sale of REDA Property
Potential Sale of Broadway Court
Discussion of building history, outstanding bonds (through 2031, future capital needs, legal process and policy
implications. Consesus reached for staff to continue research. No formal action required.
B. Resolution Approving Love Local Storefront Program Grant Agreement with Hennepin Co (HRA)
Motion to approve the attached resolution and authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement made
by Commissioner Aranda-Caceras; seconded by Commissioner Sutton. Motion passed unanimously.
C. Schedule Special Work Session - July 14, 2026, 6pm
Motion to set the special work session made by Commissioner Sutton; seconded by Commissioner Blackledge.

Background:
City staff will ask that the REDA consider a closed session to consider the purchase of real
property.
Analysis:
Under MN State Statute 13D.05 subd 3(c)(3), the Commission may enter closed session to
discuss the purchase of real property. The property to be discussed is 3607 Lake Drive N,
Robbinsdale MN.
Recommendation:
By motion, move to closed session to discuss the purchase of real property.
