Motion passed unanimously. A. REDA Minutes 5.12.26 PUBLIC HEARINGS A. None OLD BUSINESS A. None NEW BUSINESS A. Discuss Staff Research for Potential Sale of REDA Property Potential Sale of Broadway Court Discussion of building history, outstanding bonds (through 2031, future capital needs, legal process and policy implications. Consesus reached for staff to continue research. No formal action required. B. Resolution Approving Love Local Storefront Program Grant Agreement with Hennepin Co (HRA) Motion to approve the attached resolution and authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement made by Commissioner Aranda-Caceras; seconded by Commissioner Sutton. Motion passed unanimously. C. Schedule Special Work Session - July 14, 2026, 6pm Motion to set the special work session made by Commissioner Sutton; seconded by Commissioner Blackledge.
