RE: Discuss Current/Recent REDA Properties Under Lease
Background:
From time to time, the REDA acquires certain properties for various reasons. The Executive
Director requested the REDA schedule a Special Work Session to discuss current properties that
are being leased - 4600 41st Ave N (Broadway Court), 4614 41st 1/2 Ave N (formally referred to
as the "Mitchel Building"), and 4165 Hubbard Ave N (Northside Oriental).
Analysis:
Each of the buildings were acquired under different circumstances, all under the function of the
REDA. Similarly, each have reached different milestones, and staff would like to share proposed
next steps for each, before allocating considerable resources on each.
Recommendation:
No formal action will be taken; rather, the work session is intended to host conversation on next
steps.
