IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT ROBINSON CITY HALL, 111 WEST LYNDALE, ROBINSON, TEXAS, FOR A WORKSHOP SESSION AND THE REGULAR MEETING WILL START AT 6:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER AND ACT ON THE ITEMS ON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON, TELEPHONIC AND VIDEO CONFERENCING CAPABILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALLOW INDIVIDUALS TO ADDRESS THE COUNCIL. Consider the minutes from the June 16, 2026, City Council Workshop and Regular Meeting. 2. Consider an Ordinance for a specific use request to allow for a Carwash, Self-Service or Full Service in the Light Commercial (C-1) District at 100 Baker Lane, on MCAD Parcel ID #346186 (O’CAMPO C Acres 0.71). 3. Consider an Ordinance for a specific use request to allow for an Industrial Manufacturing/Fabrication/Assembly, Outside Storage, Light Use in the General Commercial (C-2) District at 4293 S. Robinson Drive, on MCAD Parcel ID #156104 (GALINDO I Tract 24, 24B2 Acres 6.59). 4. Consider an Ordinance of the City of Robinson, Texas, amending Appendix “A” Zoning, Article 5 Permitted Uses, Section 5.1 Use of Buildings and Land, Section 5.2 Classification of New and Unlisted Uses, adding as Section 5.3 Permitted, Limited, Specific, and Prohibited Uses, and changing Section 5.3 Supplemental Standards for Land Uses to Section 5.4 as indicated in Exhibit “A” and providing for an effective date, providing a savings clause, and finding and determining that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law. 5. Consider a date for the FY 2026-2027 Budget Workshop on or before August 11, 2026. 6. Consider the repayment of $115,934.60 to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for sales and use taxes mistakenly paid to the City of Robinson. Consider and take possible action on the June 16, 2026, City Council Workshop and Regular Meeting Minutes. 8. Consider and take possible action on setting a date for the FY 2026-2027 Budget Workshop on or before August 11, 2026. 9. Executive Session: Under the provisions of Government Code 551, the Council will meet in Executive Session to discuss: a. Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Govt, Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in Section 551.072, to discuss a real estate transaction. Mayor and Councilmember updates and requests for items to be placed on future agendas. 16.
