Randy Hurt Mike Thoms Staff Present Tom Flaherty Tanner Osing Guests Michael Reisner, Augustana College Alyssa Klauer, Augustana College Valerie Njapa, IDNR/INPC Call to Order and Roll Call Chair Struss called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM and took roll call. Approval of the Past Meeting Minutes Gasiorowski made a motion to postpone approval of the minutes to the subsequent meeting. Duyvejonck seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Old Business None New Business Review and Discussion of MOA with Augustana College Osing and Reisner provided an overview of the MOA that is set to go to the City Council for approval on February 23rd. The Task Force discussed the scope of work and timeline. Community Engagement Discussion The Task Force discussed different community engagement activities including more targeted focus groups and other events that would be broadly open to the public. -1- Other Business The Task Force discussed next steps for the March meeting including updating the webpage and making progress on the boundary work.
