Clancy Sr., Mayor John Noak, and Trustee Lourdes Aguirre 2. POSTING OF COLORS-PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION PROJ19-068 A Concept Plan for Jiffy Lube on Airport Road 0 Mr Potter reported that Jiffy Lube has submitted a concept plan for the vacant lot at 1332 W. Airport Rd. between Aldi and Goodwill. The design represents a new prototype for Jiffy Lube and will feature a larger building footprint and upgraded facades and finishes. The building will be 3,133 s.f. It will have four drive in bays for servicing vehicles. The site would be accessed from the existing development access road to the rear. Staff has asked the developer to make an additional cross access connection with the Goodwill drive aisle closest to Airport Rd. The plan calls for nine parking stalls with one being handicapped accessible. It also shows room for eight cars to queue up in front of the bay doors. Mayor Noak stated that as far as concept plans, this is very far along. This is a very nice building with a suitable use. This will be well utilized. Trustee Richards stated that Planning and Zoning had no issues with this. RES19-2650 Authorizing the Waiving of the Bid Requirement and the acceptance of the Open-End (Equity) Lease for Twenty (20) vehicles for the Police Department from Enterprise Fleet Management under the Master Equity Lease Agreement with Enterprise FM Trust per Resolution 18-2496 Mrs Caldwell reported that this for the leasing of 20 vehicles through Enterprise Fleet Management. A master equity lease agreement was approved by the Village Board on May 16, 2018. For 2019/2020, the lease will be for 60 months and will cost approximately $144,000/year. For 2020/2021 the lease will be for 60 months and will cost approximately $162,000/year. The leases include the vehicles and the majority of the equipment needed to outfit the vehicles. However, it does not include AED's and the camera/computer system needed in the unmarked squad cars. 4.
