CALL TO ORDER-Roll Call Present 7- Trustee Jose Chavez, Trustee Ken Griffin, Trustee Dave Richards, Trustee Brian A. Clancy Sr., Mayor John Noak, Trustee Lourdes Aguirre, and Linda Palmiter 2. POSTING OF COLORS-PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 19-2603 Swearing In Ceremony - Romeoville Fire Department Clerk Holloway gave the oath of office to Leiutenant Mike Charniak. Lt. Charniak thanked the Village for this opportunity. RES19-2660 An Ordinance Reserving Volume Cap in Connection with Private Activity Bond Issues and Related Matters. *******SEE ORD19-1562******** Mr Openchowski reported that the Village receives Industrial Revenue Bond (Volume Cap) authority of $105.00/person. The Village's Volume Cap authority for 2019 is $4,161,360. Last year the Village utilized its Volume Cap for the Assist Home Buyer Program. This resolution reserves the volume cap to be used for projects in 2019. The Village will have to designate the projects prior to December 31, 2019.The Village has traditionally used its Volume Cap to participate in the Assist Home Buyer Program over the last 16 years if no other projects had need of it. The Village, along with 75 other communities use their Volume Cap authority to issue bonds to fund the program. The City of Aurora is the official issuer of the bonds. The bonds are no debt of the Village or any of the participating communities. 4.
