Approve the consent agenda: Board comments: B H M D P Approval of the meeting agenda with additions/modifications Agenda: 1) Board discussion on Steve Reidy remaining on the Parks and Recreation Committee 2) Discussion and motion on the pay and pay process for the Zoning Administrator 3) Full board revisit and motion for the Par Plan Grant Security camera for Phoenix Park 4) Full board revisit and motion for the contract submitted for approval to clear brush at the cemetery along WHLD. 5) Full board revisit and a motion on the attorney purchase example agreement protocol for the Twp., and possible designation of which board members can spend money (and how much/what circumstances) without prior Twp. board approval. 6) Discuss and potential approval of a new Lyon Township EMS coordinator 7) Discussion on tracking swimmers itch and contact info for HLF to report cases. 8) Full board revisit and motion on creating a Health and Safety Committee to serve Lyon Twp. Board and residents. 9) Full board revisit and motion on a new recording of board meeting minutes protocol and time frame approval by the board. 10) Feedback from the board on the new employee handbook changes. 11) Update on fertilizer application? 12) Discussion only on the board approving the Twp board STR draft as final, ask the Planning Commission to add to the Zoning Ordinance 55 that a STR exists, and amend the new ordinance as needed. Any other items that may come legally before the board.
