Discussion on how the employees will be compensated for holidays. C. Approval of Notice of Intent to Adopt Ordinance 2025-08 Amending Title III, Chapter 31, section 31.02(D) and (H). D. Resolution No. 2025-27 revising retention policy for audio and video (to include YouTube) so that the same will remain accessible to the public for four years; withdrawal of any prior policy. 5.
