Remarks of Council Reports From Manager Consent Agenda 1. Approve the June 22, 2026 regular council meeting minutes. 2. Approve the Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 agreement with United Way of Saginaw County for $288,958 for the Office of Management Budget, Community Development Block Grant Division. 3. Approve the purchase with Homeland Title Company for $7,000 for title services for the Community Development Block Grant – Residential Loan Division. 4. Approve the amendments to the FY 2027 Approved Budget to recognize changes that have occurred during the July period. 5. Approve the purchase with Cintas Corporation for $50,260 for FY 2027, and pending budget approval for FY 2028, for Citywide uniform rental services for all departments except Fire and Police. 6. Approve the purchase with Great Lakes Window Cleaning for $9,360 for FY 2027, and pending budget approval, $9,360 for FY 2028 and FY 2029 for annual window cleaning services at various City facilities. 7. Approve the purchase with Priority Waste LLC for an amount not to exceed $11,868 for FY 2027 and not to exceed $12,225 for FY 2028, pending budget approval, for Citywide trash pick-up services for all departments. 8. Approve the blanket purchase order with Alta Equipment Company for $5,000 for services for the Public Services Department, Motor Pool Division. 9. Ratification of a purchase with Wieland Truck Center for $$8,291 for a replacement EGR part for a 2015 7400 International Swap Loader for the Public Services Department, Streets Division. 10. Approve the purchase with GFL Environmental for $39,000 for FY 2027; and pending budget approval, $40,380 for FY 2028 for catch basin and sewer debris hauling for the Public Service Department, Maintenance and Service Division. 11. Approve the purchase with Smyrna Ready Mix DBA SRM Concrete for an annual amount not to exceed $500,000 for FY 2027 and not to exceed $500,000 for FY 2028, pending budget approval, for ready mix concrete for the Public Services Department, Maintenance and Service Division. 12. Approve the Metropolitan Extension Telecommunications Rights-of-Way Oversight (METRO) Act Unilateral Application and Permit with McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, LLC for the Public Services Department, Right of Way Division. 13. Approve of the Metropolitan Extension Telecommunications Rights-of-Way Oversight (METRO) Act Unilateral Application and Permit with Windstream Norlight, LLC for the Public Services Department, Right of Way Division. 14. Approve the blanket purchase orders to specified vendors for a total amount of $282,300 for various parts and supplies for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Services Department, Wastewater Treatment and Pumping and Remote Facilities Divisions for FY 2027.
