The hybrid meeting enables people joining remotely or in-person to listen to the Council meeting and participate during public comment items. Public Hearing: The public can give comments to the Council during the meetings online through Webex or in-person in Room 326 of the City and County Building. In-person attendees can fill out a comment card and online participants will register through Webex in order to be added to the comment queue. Public Health Information: Masks are no longer required in City Facilities, but are welcome for any attendees who prefer to continue using them. Resolution: General Obligation Bond for Parks, Trails and Open Space The Council will accept public comment about the potential issuance of the City’s $85 million general obligation bonds, if approved by voters at a special bond election on November 8, 2022. The bonds would finance the acquisition, improvement, renovation and upgrading of various parks, trials, open space and related facilities and recreational amenities.
