Ordinance: Rezone at Approximately 1350, 1358, and 1370 ~ 1:15 p.m. South West Temple 20 min The Council will receive a briefing about a proposal that would amend the zoning of properties at approximately 1350, 1358, and 1370 South West Temple Street from RB (Residential Business District) to TSA-UC-C (Transit Station Area Urban Center Core). The request is to facilitate future redevelopment of the site to allow for a mixed- use structure that may include commercial and multi-family residential uses.
