ADJOURNMENT Chair Burdekin adjourned at 6:15 p.m. Beaver Lake Management District Advisory Board - Apr 06 2026 Page 2 of 2 Page 4 of 6  STAFF REPORTS # Northwest Aquatic Management LLC 9727 Hwy 12 SW #369 Rochester, WA 98579 (360) 890-2854 info@nwaqua.com FOLLOW UP REPORT: June 17-19, 2026 SUMMARY OF TREATMENT: Treatment went very well for fragant lily pads and yellow flag iris CONCERNS: ▪ Some residents have so much iris that we truly believe it’s part of their landscamping or it is a water fowel deternt and are hesitant to treat it ▪ We need clarification moving forward regarding manicured properties that look like it’s part of the ornamentals of their yard ▪ Approximately 20 properties have this issue LILY PADS: ▪ Residents have claimed that they did not hear from Lake Management regarding treatment of lily pads ▪ Some residents were extremely upset that we were going to treat their property of the lilies ▪ One gentlemen threatened us with a law suit if we treated their property – he was emotionally charged about us treating, so we had to leave due to his refusal ▪ Another gentlemen came down to us while he was out who mowing his lawn and told us NOT to treat his property – we provided him with your card and he said to make note to never treat his property moving forward RECOMMENDATIONS: ▪ We were able to get the lily pads under control outside of few residents properties ▪ YFI needs more work - we will be focusing on these during our 2nd treatment ▪ We need to clarify the location of YFI on residents’ properties MAP OF FRAGRANT WATER LILIES BEAVER LAKE #1 – JUNE 17-19, 2026 Page 5 of 6  STAFF REPORTS # BEAVER LAKE #1 – JUNE 17-19, 2026 Page 6 of 6
